We offer an industry standard commission fee for you to hire us as your agent. The fee is equivalent to one month's rent, plus consumption tax (currently 5%). You pay this fee when you sign the rental agreement with the landlord. If you do not obtain a result, you have absolutely no obligation to pay us anything.
